Does the green check prove I qualified?
No. Arrowhead says it shows community success, not personal eligibility.
Check campaign reward eligibility, past reward windows and missing-item troubleshooting, including where to look for Eagle Gas Airstrike.
Campaign Rewards use a longer community campaign and a personal eligibility window. For the rewards in Arrowhead's current FAQ, the account had to log in during the exact published UTC window. A green success check shows the community result, not whether the current account qualified. Player Support says it will not grant a historical reward when the login window was missed.
A Campaign Reward belongs to the wider campaign layer. It is not a promo-code string, an ordinary Major Order Medal payout, a Warbond, or a Warbond Token.
| Layer | Role |
|---|---|
| Mission | One playable deployment with a primary objective. |
| Operation | A connected sequence of missions on one planet. |
| Major Order | A community objective inside the wider war. |
| Campaign | A longer arc that can contain several Major Orders and a potential Campaign Reward. |
Preserve the published times in UTC: a local conversion can move a boundary onto another calendar day. Community success and personal eligibility are separate checks.
For the historical rewards listed below, the account had to log in during the published window, the community campaign had to reach its required outcome, and the Control Centre check alone did not establish account eligibility.
The table records the eligibility windows published in Arrowhead's reward FAQ. Keep the times in UTC when comparing your login history.
| Campaign | Reward | Required login window | Support note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Census Thunder | Supply FRV | 2026-06-16 00:00 UTC to 2026-06-29 15:00 UTC | Arrowhead says it will return sometime in October 2026; no exact day is published. |
| Celestial Fence | R-4 Hyena | 2026-06-30 00:00 UTC to 2026-07-13 14:00 UTC | Support does not grant missed-window rewards. |
| Lightning Intercept | KDM-500 Outrider Helmet | 2026-07-14 10:00 UTC to 2026-07-27 08:00 UTC | Support does not grant missed-window rewards. |
| Permanent Enclosure | KDM-500 Outrider Armor | 2026-07-28 00:00 UTC to 2026-08-11 08:20 UTC | Support does not grant missed-window rewards. |
| Void Piercer | IX-Voidwalker Helmet | 2026-08-12 12:00 UTC to 2026-08-23 17:00 UTC | Support does not grant missed-window rewards; the item also has a current visual Known Issue. |
| Counterdissident Hammer | Eagle Gas Airstrike | 2026-08-25 12:00 UTC to 2026-09-07 08:00 UTC | Awarded; check mission loadout selection. |
This eligibility window has ended. Look in mission loadout selection, not Ship Management.
Compare your login history with the Counterdissident Hammer row above before treating a missing menu entry as a delivery bug. A login after the listed window cannot establish that you logged in during it.
The success check answers whether the community campaign succeeded. It does not establish that this account logged in during the required UTC window, that distribution is complete, that a missed reward will return, or that the player is viewing the same platform profile.
Use this order to separate a lookup mistake from an eligibility question:
A useful report describes what you checked. Do not include a password or authentication code, and do not use a community result screenshot as your only evidence.
Arrowhead's current FAQ says support will not grant historical Campaign Rewards when the account did not log in during the required period. That is different from an eligible account experiencing a distribution or account error: report the evidence, but do not assume support can override the eligibility rule.
Campaign Rewards do not use a promo-code string and do not belong in an Active Codes table. Reward-code evidence, Stratagem inputs, Warbond Tokens, and Warbonds are tracked as separate systems.
No. Arrowhead says it shows community success, not personal eligibility.
The current FAQ says no.
No general return promise is published. Only the Supply FRV has an announced broad return window: sometime in October 2026.
The published window is in the Counterdissident Hammer row. It is no longer pending confirmation.
No. Warbonds are persistent reward tracks; Campaign Rewards use a campaign and eligibility window.
